As we approach Christmas Day, most of you have already purchased gifts for others. Why do we do that? Well, besides social obligation, gifts are meant to convey our care and love. The gifts we give are not meant as a substitute of our love, but as signs of our love toward those who receive it. The same is true of Baptism and the Lord's Supper.
