What requirements are there for becoming a pastor or a ministry leader? Do you just need to be a good public speaker and be good with people?
When we look at Scripture, we find that most of the qualifications listed for these offices tend to be focused on character. And furthermore, most tend to be character traits that all Christians are called to practice. Why is that?
